Dr. Baohua Guo, male, born in April 1979, doctor, professor, director of the department of transportation engineering, Henan Polytechnic University. He is a director of the underground branch of China Society of rock mechanics and engineering, a member of the expert committee of Aeic academic exchange center and a member of China highway society. In 2009, as a visiting scholar, he ever studied in Department of Mining Engineering under the guidance of Dr. Syd. Peng in West Virginia University, U.S.A. He has supervised more than 30 researches and consulting projects from National Natural Science Foundation and industrial enterprises and etc. He co-authored 2 books and more than 90 journals and proceedings papers.

Research interests: mainly on freeway traffic safety, subgrade and pavement engineering.
