Dr. Wen-xian WANG, born in August 1986, is a lecturer in department of traffic engineering program in School of Energy Science and Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University (HPU), China. He received his undergraduate degree, master degree and Doctor's degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2012, 2014and 2017 respectively.
